BIMI.TV is a professional video hosting, management and distribution platform. The service allows its users to upload, store, transcode, organize, embed and monetize video content through a web-based dashboard and API.

Access to the platform dashboard requires a user account created by an administrator. There is no public self-registration. By using the platform, the user agrees to these terms and to the applicable Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the BIMI.TV website and platform — including but not limited to its design, source code, logos, trademarks, text and multimedia content — are the property of Diego López García or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Users retain full ownership of the video content they upload to the platform.

5. User obligations

Users commit to using the platform in good faith and in compliance with applicable law. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• Upload, distribute or make available content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the platform to distribute illegal, defamatory, harmful or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts or connected systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract data or overload the platform infrastructure.

6. Limitation of liability

BIMI.TV provides the service on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions, data loss due to technical failures, or actions by third parties. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of uploaded content.

7. Suspension and termination

BIMI.TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms, without prior notice. In the event of termination for breach, the user shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the platform shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise required by law.
